PasteInvoice Terms of Use

These terms apply to the PasteInvoice app ("the app"), made by IronForge ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.

The app

PasteInvoice helps you create invoices, estimates and receipts. You can use it for free within the free plan limits, or unlock more with PasteInvoice Pro.

Your documents are your responsibility

• Check every document before you send it. AI drafting and on-device extraction can misread text: names, items, quantities, prices, tax rates and dates. You are responsible for the content of the documents you create and send.
• Tax and legal requirements. Invoicing rules differ by country (for example mandatory fields, tax registration numbers, numbering rules or electronic invoicing systems). The app does not guarantee that a document meets the rules that apply to you. Ask a local accountant if you are unsure.
• Payment links. The QR code and link point to your own payment page (PayPal, Stripe or similar). Payments go directly between you and your client; we never process, hold or guarantee them.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Pro is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime unlock. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trials turn into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Price lock: the price of your plan never goes up while your subscription stays active.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.

Your data

Your invoices, clients and settings are stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for what the app sends to our servers and why. You are responsible for keeping backups; use the app's backup feature to export a copy.

Fair use

Don't misuse the app or its servers, for example by automating requests, trying to get around usage limits, or using the app to create fraudulent documents. We may limit or block access in cases of abuse.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or on this page before it applies.
